Canvas draw is a freeware (good, simple) drawing tool. Undoubtedly the best I've used is google sketchup. But there are plenty more out there. During my hunt for simple to use free drawing tool I stumbled upon canvas draw. Although I haven't used it my self, free drawing tool enthusiasts can find the software download, instructions on how to use  here: http://recanvasdraw.blogspot.co.uk/
